In the beginning ....
Coup D'Etat (CDE) began as Bonsai's Sab Squad - SpeedWar (BSS-SW), a smaller branch of the much larger BSS alliance that plays Kings of Chaos (KoC). Several members of BSS had ventured into Speedwar (SW) looking for something to entertain them between KoC turns and banking.
BSS-SW played for several ages, learning to work together to beat a common enemy. After 2 months Bonsai made the decision to spend his time working with the much bigger BSS alliance in KoC and at that time he passed leadership of BSS-SW over to Agrona.
Under the watchful eye of Agrona the alliance began to make a name for it self. Winning ages and putting the game's Power House alliance on the defense. After BSS-SW had a few wins under their belt Agrona decided it was time for a name change. After all it did not make sense to be known as Bonsai's Sab Squad if there was no sabbing involved in the game. After a few days of research and a friend commenting about an idea he had Agrona had found the perfect name for the new up and coming Power House of SW. Coup D'etat : The sudden overthrow of a government by a usually small group of persons in or previously in positions of authority. If there was ever a better name for the alliance it had not been found. CDE soon became the new Power House in Speedwar and taking ahold of the top postions every age made Agrona and her CDE crew the most hated alliance in the game.

Coup D`Etat comes to Ruins of Chaos (RoC)....
CDE had been the "hidden" alliance within BSS, members played as BSS on the KoC and RoC games while playing as CDE on Swars and Ikariam. When Bon decided to quit and get back to real life he left BSS in the hands of Agrona and Chaos_with_Control (CWC). However, there was a disagreement on what was best for BSS and in which direct the alliance needed to travel. So Agrona temperarily left the chain to clear her head, this move created a ripple effect and when the waters settled that BSS was no more. What stood on the battlefield of RoC was Agrona with her CDE crew and CWC with the remaining BSSers now known as WAR
Since then CDE has grown and become a stronger family, their teamwork has proven top notch age after age. Agrona and her trusted Core have lead the CDE crew into Battles with the likes of TLL, RF, TLM, DJ and ofcourse the now dead WAR. The Alliance as a whole has finished in the top ten and as individuals several crew members have finished in the top 50.
